IAQ brought OSH Week to a close at our Negeri Sembilan project site with a Safety Pledge Signing Ceremony a formal and symbolic moment in which staff, contractors, and workers stood together to affirm their individual and collective commitment to a safer, healthier workplace.
Led by the IAQ EHS Team, the ceremony marked the culmination of a week of structured safety activities and served as a powerful reminder that safety on an IAQ site is not a procedural obligation, it is a shared value, embraced by everyone present.
Through the pledge, participants committed to five core principles that guide how we work: full compliance with OSH laws and regulations; leading by example in promoting safe work practices; prioritising safety and health across all site activities; maintaining a workplace that is safe for both current and future generations; and fostering a culture of mutual care and responsibility.
These principles are aspirational and they are the standards we hold ourselves to every day, on every project.
We thank every team member, contractor, and worker who participated in OSH Week and gave meaning to this ceremony through their presence and commitment. As we move forward with this project, the pledge signed this week will remain a touchstone for how we build with care, with accountability, and with safety at the core of everything we do.
