  • Oversee the entire construction process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines;
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, considering factors such as manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors;
  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to review project plans, designs, and specifications, and provide input on constructability, feasibility, and potential issues;
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, including pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members;
  • Monitor and track project progress, costs, and timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track;
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, safety regulations, and quality standards;
  • Manage and resolve construction issues, conflicts, and changes, and ensure proper documentation and communication of such matters to stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, permits, and inspections;
  • Foster a culture of safety on construction sites, promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving measures, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 8 years working experience in the construction industry with direct involvement in managing project;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
  • High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
