- Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site;
- Monitor work progress and ensure the sub-contractors to carry out works on schedule and conform to specifications;
- Ensure coordination of works among all sub-contractors and site staff;
- Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;
- Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site;
- Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times;
- Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements;
- Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project.
- Degree in Civil/ Structural/ Architectural or equivalent;
- At least 5 years working experience in the construction industry;
- High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
