- Operate the utilities and facilities equipment on the site plant.
- Perform rectifications, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on the equipment.
- Arrange and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Assist and monitor suppliers working on-site.
- Schedule and organize technician job assignments.
- Supervise, lead, and guide technicians.
- Gather data, conduct analysis, and prepare reports on equipment performance and operations.
- Manage the procurement and control of hand tools.
- Oversee the procurement and control of spare parts, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Participate in ISO integrated management systems, safety, and health initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, clients, and relevant government departments.
- Assist the O&M Manager with plant operations and maintenance.
- Support the tendering process for operation and maintenance projects.
- Attend meetings with clients.
- Resolve issues encountered on-site by technicians.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical services, repairs, and maintenance.
- Proficient in managing utilities such as gas, air vacuum, compressed air, water, electricity, and chilled water.
- Skilled in maintaining facility equipment, including chillers, compressors, dryers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, ventilation fans, and air ducts.
- Experienced in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMM S).
