- Supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency;
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment;
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, operators and maintenance staff;
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s competency and adherence to safety standards;
- Oversee the execution of routine maintenance tasks, repairs and system upgrades;
- Coordinate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly;
- Develop and manage the budget for HVAC operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation;
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC operations;
- Collaborate with HVAC equipment suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of HVAC components and services;
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for HVAC system failures or critical situations;
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history and performance data.
- Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent;
- At least 10 years working experience in HVAC operations and maintenance;
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls and energy management;
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
