  • Ensure commitments as to complete the project on time and to budgeted cost;
  • Preparation of master works program and other works schedule as well as resource plans prior and during contract period;
  • Organize the project team and assign responsibilities to down-line supporting personnel for the performance of work and various work activities;
  • Utilize and mobilize the required services of engineering personnel, procurement, construction plant and etc. for the project execution;
  • Monitor and coordinate the engineering and procurement activities. Conduct technical and contractual reviews to ensure that the work is being executed in accordance with contractual requirement and the targeted completion of project is met;
  • Study and revise actual and planned work progress in order to achieve the project target;
  • Initiate necessary remedial actions to maintain the project to progress on schedule;
  • Negotiate and settle all contractual changes;
  • Conduct sub-contractors’ meeting, site safety meeting and attend consultant’s/ client’s meeting;
  • Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements;
  • Create a safe and clean working environment through adherence to requirements of statutory agencies;
  • Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the workplace and project site.
  • Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years working experience in the construction industry with direct involvement in managing project;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
  • High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
