- Supervise and coordinate all M&E activities that are carried out at the construction site;
- Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations;
- Monitor and manage sub-contractors, ensuring their compliance with project timelines and quality requirements;
- Conduct regular inspection to ensure the proper installation, functioning, and maintenance of M&E systems;
- Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;
- Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site;
- Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times;
- Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements;
- Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project
- Diploma/ Certificate in Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an M&E Site Supervisor in the construction industry;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced construction environment;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledgeable in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office;
- Must be able to work in Kulim, Kedah.
