- Assist the Project Manager on all activities that are carried out at the construction site;
- Responsible for material quantities take-off, build bill of materials;
- Assist the Commercial Department in materials procurement;
- Perform quality control at construction sites.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Construction management/ Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry;
- Familiar with engineering cost and industry standards;
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
- Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
- Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
