- Responsible for the entire accounts payable function such as key-in invoice, payment arrangements, AP reconciliation, AP aging management and staff claim;
- Liaise with commercial and procurement team on the disputes and discrepancies invoice and other related supporting documents;
- Handle daily operation matters;
- Monthly bank reconciliation;
- To prepare monthly project summary report and monitor the project performance;
- Assist yearly audits;
- Able to handle full set of accounts is an added advantage;
- To perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent;
3 years working experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage;
Good knowledge and basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures;
Good command of English in both spoken and written;
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with overseas project clients;
Knowledge in SQL or IFCA accounting software is an added advantage;
Good in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Points;
Good interpersonal, communication skills and proactive.
